WHAT IS CHILDREN'S GYMNASTICS

This is the first sport that a child does without even realizing it. Crawling on all fours, keeping your balance on the curb, jumping from an armchair to a sofa – all these are gymnastic elements! We can say for sure that gymnastics is a very important part of a child's development.
WHAT IS CHILDREN'S GYMNASTICS
Children can start gymnastics classes from the age of one and a half. Kids train in a comfortable environment with a parent, so they are not afraid, but curious. The coach shows the exercises and helps to perform them correctly. The results of the classes become noticeable pretty soon!
WHAT IS CHILDREN'S GYMNASTICS
The basic elements of gymnastics are absolutely natural and accessible for any age: walk on a log, hang on rings, do a somersault, etc. Exercises gradually become more complicated, become more interesting and useful, and the child develops   new motor skills and muscle memory. Gymnastic activity from an early age helps children develop harmoniously, as it positively affects not only the physical, but also the psychological state of the child.

We walk with a child for 2 years, a very pleasant coach, with patience and positivity and the most individual approach, deals with each child in the group. A spacious hall where children study. The child likes it and success is visible!

Great hall, spacious! I like all the coaches. There are trampolines, children's rings and bars, a soft path. We study in a group, everyone sees the result, especially parents on the playground))

ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How many people can be in a group?
We have groups of up to 10 people.
  • Can a parent attend a training session?
There is an open space in the halls, parents observe the entire training process. You can come up at any time, it is important to have socks.
  • We are already four and a half years old (six and a half), can we study in a group with older children?
If you haven't visited us yet, then for the first time you need to come to a training session for your age to get acquainted with the format of training and with the coach. If he is the strongest in his group and the coach sees that it will be more productive for him to study in a group with older children, then he will definitely tell his parents about it.
  • Do you have all ages engaged at the same time?
In parallel, training for three or four groups can take place in one hall (depends on the hall). Each group has its own coach, they study in their own zone and do not interfere with each other.
  • We didn't do anything, is it okay that there will be children in the group who have been doing it for a long time?
It's okay, we have an unprofessional sport and recruitment goes on all year round. The coach gives tasks based on strength and capabilities. For example, if someone comes for the first time, he/she will just hang on the rings, while the one who has been walking for a long time will make coups.
  • Is it worth going to the same coach or to different ones?
All our coaches adhere to the same program and are interchangeable. We advise you to try to stick to a certain schedule so that it is easier for the child to adapt to the coach and other children in the group, but there may be two different coaches in your schedule at the same time.
  • How many times a week is it worth studying?
It all depends on other sports loads in your schedule. It is optimal to attend twice a week.
  • Is the presence of parents necessary during the training of the younger group, we go to other classes, he is quite independent?
Up to 3 years old, children must go to training accompanied by an adult. This is not only necessary for a successful training process, but also an important safety requirement.
  • Do you need any help for practicing developmental gymnastics?
No, we have an unprofessional sport and no certificates are needed. However, if you have any contraindications (for example, you are prohibited to roll over), then we ask you to tell the coach about it.
  • We came to the junior group for the first time, and we had not done anything before. What to do?
This is completely normal. At the first lesson, he did at least 20% of the exercises, which is already good. To get used to the gym, to the fact that there is a coach who needs to be obeyed, to the fact that it is necessary to perform exercises, it takes time. Adaptation takes everyone different time and largely depends on the interest of the parent and the activity of his participation in the training process.
