PROGRAM FEATURES
1
Children 5-6 years old continue to take their first steps in sports, but more consciously. They learn to concentrate, discipline increases, which allows them to perform more complex elements, break the exercise into small parts. At this age, there is an active formation of the physical and cognitive qualities of the child, his/her social activity increases.
2
The lesson can already begin with a classic warm-up from gymnastics, or an acrobatic track, on which children remember basic jumps, turns, strength exercises and so on. Attention is added to the details, the aesthetics of the execution of elements: stretched socks, straight knees, outstretched arms.
3
Often, after warming up on the acrobatic track, the children move on to learning more complex elements on it. They remember tumbling back and forth without the help of a coach, with various complications, the simplest combinations are made. Children learn the wheel quickly enough, but do not wait for its perfect performance at this age. Much attention is paid to the handstand - as a basic exercise that allows them to feel and coordinate their entire body, from the tips of fingers to feet. Exercises on sport apparatus become more complicated: stops on bars, crossbar, corner, swing, lifting with a flip. Already learned elements are compiled into basic combinations on rings and logs.
4
The trampoline is already taken not only at the end of the lesson, but as a full-fledged and serious projectile. Children usually already know how or quickly master basic jumps and move on to learning more complex elements and combinations. They begin to learn to flip forward into the foam pit.
5
Strength training and stretching takes on a more focused format. Children already understand why they need it, they can be patient on the splits, it's easier to motivate them. Pull-ups, abs exercises, legs, are an integral part of every training.
6
However, all this does not turn into a dull and monotonous work. The coach constantly interacts with children, arranges relay races, some semi-game tasks, supporting the main goal - to instill in the child a love of sports.
AT THIS AGE, CHILDREN CAN LEARN TO DO:
independent and beautiful somersaults back and forth
handstands
cartwheel
basic exercises on sport apparatus
trampoline flip with the help of a coach
splits
and much more
WHETHER SPORTS IS NECESSARY AT THIS AGE
At this age, proper physical development is very important for a child. Also, this is a great time to form a base for professional sports. The skills acquired in gymnastics will be very useful to the child in any other sport and allow them to achieve the best result. Or it will help to interest him/her in sports, show that it is interesting and fun.

ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How many people can be in a group?
We have groups of up to 10 people.
  • Can a parent attend a training session?
There is an open space in the halls, parents observe the entire training process. You can come up at any time, it is important to have socks.
  • We are already four and a half years old (six and a half), can we study in a group with older children?
If you haven't visited us yet, then for the first time you need to come to a training session for your age to get acquainted with the format of training and with the coach. If he is the strongest in his group and the coach sees that it will be more productive for him to study in a group with older children, then he will definitely tell his parents about it.
  • Do you have all ages engaged at the same time?
In parallel, training for three or four groups can take place in one hall (depends on the hall). Each group has its own coach, they study in their own zone and do not interfere with each other.
  • We didn't do anything, is it okay that there will be children in the group who have been doing it for a long time?
It's okay, we have an unprofessional sport and recruitment goes on all year round. The coach gives tasks based on strength and capabilities. For example, if someone comes for the first time, he/she will just hang on the rings, while the one who has been walking for a long time will make coups.
  • Is it worth going to the same coach or to different ones?
All our coaches adhere to the same program and are interchangeable. We advise you to try to stick to a certain schedule so that it is easier for the child to adapt to the coach and other children in the group, but there may be two different coaches in your schedule at the same time.
  • How many times a week is it worth studying?
It all depends on other sports loads in your schedule. It is optimal to attend twice a week.
  • Is the presence of parents necessary during the training of the younger group, we go to other classes, he is quite independent?
Up to 3 years old, children must go to training accompanied by an adult. This is not only necessary for a successful training process, but also an important safety requirement.
  • Do you need any help for practicing developmental gymnastics?
No, we have an unprofessional sport and no certificates are needed. However, if you have any contraindications (for example, you are prohibited to roll over), then we ask you to tell the coach about it.
  • We came to the junior group for the first time, and we had not done anything before. What to do?
This is completely normal. At the first lesson, he did at least 20% of the exercises, which is already good. To get used to the gym, to the fact that there is a coach who needs to be obeyed, to the fact that it is necessary to perform exercises, it takes time. Adaptation takes everyone different time and largely depends on the interest of the parent and the activity of his participation in the training process.
