PROGRAM FEATURES
1
This is a very difficult and interesting period in the life of a child. He goes to school, learns a lot of new things, learns responsibility. Often, during this period, the main sports direction that the child will be engaged in is chosen. It doesn't always come out the first time, they have to try several options. Gymnastic activity is the basis for all kinds of sports, and are interesting in themselves.
2
The training usually begins with a warm-up on the acrobatic track - jumps, turns, rolls, strength exercises and so on. Children learn to push off correctly, which will soon be useful for them when learning flip rotations. Perform somersaults forward, backward, their various variations and complications, which are mastered very quickly, but require a lot of time to bring to perfection. Much attention is paid to handstands.
3
Those who have been practicing for a long time, try to do, for example, a somersault back into a handstand, a somersault stand, and so on. The new kids perform the same elements, but in a lightweight version with the help of a coach.
4
Children at this age are especially interested in acrobatics. They begin to learn roundoff, flick-flack, flips with a run. Naturally, all these elements are not done the first time, but progress, thanks to the coach, does not take long to wait. At the same time, acrobatic tricks develop the entire muscular corset and coordination very well, the training is positive and relaxed.
5
But it impossible to do such activities without General physical preparedness. So, for the press, they do mainly lifting the legs on the gym wall bars, holding the corner, various types of slats for the muscles of the body and many other exercises. Primarily aimed at the development of deep core. Stretching is also mandatory, where special attention is paid to all 3 types of twine.
6
But children's favorite activity is, of course, a trampoline. They learn to do somersaults in a foam pit, and then on the grid, connect the learned elements in combination. At this age, with sufficient technique, they begin to learn to do backflips, half twist, and other complex acrobatic rotations.
AT THIS AGE, CHILDREN CAN LEARN TO DO:
complicated versions of somersaults
handstands
cartwheel, roundoff
basic acrobatic combinations
forward somersault on a trampoline
backflip with the help of a coach
all 3 types of splits
and much more
WHETHER SPORTS IS NECESSARY AT THIS AGE
Sports are needed, but the more difficult question is "for what?" Gymnastics in this regard is quite versatile - it is suitable as a base for any other professional sport, and as a means of physical development of the child, as well as a good unloading after school.

ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How many people can be in a group?
We have groups of up to 10 people.
  • Can a parent attend a training session?
There is an open space in the halls, parents observe the entire training process. You can come up at any time, it is important to have socks.
  • We are already four and a half years old (six and a half), can we study in a group with older children?
If you haven't visited us yet, then for the first time you need to come to a training session for your age to get acquainted with the format of training and with the coach. If he is the strongest in his group and the coach sees that it will be more productive for him to study in a group with older children, then he will definitely tell his parents about it.
  • Do you have all ages engaged at the same time?
In parallel, training for three or four groups can take place in one hall (depends on the hall). Each group has its own coach, they study in their own zone and do not interfere with each other.
  • We didn't do anything, is it okay that there will be children in the group who have been doing it for a long time?
It's okay, we have an unprofessional sport and recruitment goes on all year round. The coach gives tasks based on strength and capabilities. For example, if someone comes for the first time, he/she will just hang on the rings, while the one who has been walking for a long time will make coups.
  • Is it worth going to the same coach or to different ones?
All our coaches adhere to the same program and are interchangeable. We advise you to try to stick to a certain schedule so that it is easier for the child to adapt to the coach and other children in the group, but there may be two different coaches in your schedule at the same time.
  • How many times a week is it worth studying?
It all depends on other sports loads in your schedule. It is optimal to attend twice a week.
  • Is the presence of parents necessary during the training of the younger group, we go to other classes, he is quite independent?
Up to 3 years old, children must go to training accompanied by an adult. This is not only necessary for a successful training process, but also an important safety requirement.
  • Do you need any help for practicing developmental gymnastics?
No, we have an unprofessional sport and no certificates are needed. However, if you have any contraindications (for example, you are prohibited to roll over), then we ask you to tell the coach about it.
  • We came to the junior group for the first time, and we had not done anything before. What to do?
This is completely normal. At the first lesson, he did at least 20% of the exercises, which is already good. To get used to the gym, to the fact that there is a coach who needs to be obeyed, to the fact that it is necessary to perform exercises, it takes time. Adaptation takes everyone different time and largely depends on the interest of the parent and the activity of his participation in the training process.
